I have lived in Asheville since 1990 with my husband, Steve Bourke and son, Wesley Bourke. Asheville has been a wonderful place for us to live and grow as a family. We also have 2 amazing children (and their families) in Mooresville, North Carolina: Bill Bourke and wife Monica, Christy Bourke Ross and husband, Jeff Ross, our grandchildren, Madison Bourke Cory and Seth Bourke and wife, Ashley, and great grandchildren, Lacy, Braxton and Myla Cory. The city of Asheville is the perfect size – not too big, not too small. We love the majestic mountain scenery and outdoor activities, as well as the arts, foods and beverages all around us. Most of all, we love the people of this area.
